WHEN DEDICATED STAFFING FITS
You have a funded roadmap and a technical lead who can scope work, review code and make release decisions.
Recurring client delivery needs steady development or testing capacity under your own project management.
Bug fixes, integrations and regression testing create ongoing work with someone on your team able to set technical priorities.
Each seat needs enough recurring work, an available manager and a sustainable monthly budget. A one-off task or occasional workload may suit a project or hourly arrangement better.
| Workflow | Work to delegate | What your team provides |
|---|---|---|
| Features and integrations | Reviewable changes tied to agreed acceptance criteria. | Prioritized backlog, architecture guidance and code review. |
| Maintenance and debugging | Reproducible findings, fixes and documentation. | Working environments, system context and release ownership. |
| QA and regression coverage | Test cases, defect reports and maintained automation. | Expected behavior, test data and a quality/release decision-maker. |

Explore the role ↗Your team budget is the sum of the monthly prices for the roles you hire, plus any agreed extras. Where shown, published ranges are in USD per dedicated full-time person. Other roles require a quote based on experience, scope and working hours.
| Role | Monthly range (USD) |
|---|---|
| Full-stack developer | $2,195–$3,195 |
| Back-end developer | $1,995–$2,795 |
| React developer | $1,995–$2,795 |
| WordPress developer | $1,695–$2,195 |
| QA automation engineer | $1,795–$2,395 |
$3,790–$5,190USD / month for two full-time staff
A React developer plus a QA automation engineer can fit an existing product with a frontend backlog and recurring testing work. You still need technical leadership; this pair is not a complete product-delivery service.
Illustrative sum of the two published ranges, before extras. This is not a package offer or a confirmed quote.
Get my team quote ↗Recruitment, screening, managed workspace, standard hardware, IT, HR, payroll, attendance, leave and replacement support. Your team directs the work.
Review all inclusions and commercial terms ↗Special hardware or software, night shifts or heavy US-hours overlap, client-specific training, specialized security requirements or a dedicated manager. Confirm these along with payment, notice and replacement terms.
The current offer is a paid one-week trial, credited toward the first month if you continue. Agree the trial price and scope before starting.
Your Remote Staff recruits against your brief, supports interviews, and arranges office and employment operations. You select the candidates, set priorities and review output.
Confirm access controls, confidentiality, IP terms and any regulated-work requirements during scoping.
Discuss security and access requirements ↗Describe the actual stack, framework versions, repositories, CI, test environments and code-review process. React, Next.js, Node.js, Python, .NET, PHP or a mobile stack may call for different experience. Include paid tools or special test devices in the brief.
Match a practical exercise or code discussion to the role. For development, assess implementation choices, tests and communication. For QA, assess assertions, failure diagnosis and maintainability. Your technical interviewer makes the final hiring decision.
Recruitment timing depends on the skills, seniority, hours and candidate availability. We discuss a realistic shortlist timeline after reviewing your brief.
A PRACTICAL START
Identify the recurring queue, expected output, manager and budget. Share tools and working hours so we can scope the hire.
Assess shortlisted candidates, agree terms and prepare access. Start with a bounded assignment your team can review.
Check workload, quality and handovers. Add another role when it has clear ownership and enough continuing work.
Your Remote Staff is operated by Salt Technologies, which has served global clients since 2012. Staff work from our managed office in Pune, India.
About the business behind your team ↗A dedicated team fits work you want to manage internally. If you need a supplier to own project delivery or a complete business service, compare that requirement with a managed-service engagement.
Compare staffing and outsourcing models ↗BEFORE YOU DECIDE
These are dedicated staffing roles under your management. Your team owns delivery priorities, review and releases. If you want a supplier to manage a fixed-scope deliverable end to end, specify that requirement before selecting a staffing model.
Yes, when the backlog supports a full-time role and technical review is available. Add another developer or QA role when you can define its sustained workload and ownership.
Include the stack, codebase condition, environments and maintenance backlog in your brief. Candidate experience and onboarding should reflect the system they will actually work on.
You need someone able to set technical priorities and review work. If you require a dedicated manager or other leadership support, scope and price that requirement explicitly. It is not automatically included in each staffing seat.
Share your approved tools, data-handling rules and review expectations. Evaluate candidates on understanding, testing and maintaining the code they submit. Size the role around the remaining engineering workload, not an assumed productivity multiplier.
Agree the US time zone, live overlap and shift coverage for each role before hiring. Heavy US-hours coverage or night shifts may add cost. One person does not provide round-the-clock coverage.
We review your requirements and discuss role fit, costs and hiring next steps. You can ask about one role or a proposed team; a larger team is not a prerequisite.
