WHEN DEDICATED STAFFING FITS

Build around a recurring need.

US small and medium businesses

Transactions, reconciliations and invoice administration create a recurring workload, with an accountant or finance lead available to review.

Accounting and client accounting services firms

You need preparation capacity across client accounts while your firm retains its review standards and professional judgments.

Multi-entity operators

Several entities or locations create separate reconciliations, document queues and close schedules that need named owners.

Each seat needs enough recurring work, an available manager and a sustainable monthly budget. A one-off task or occasional workload may suit a project or hourly arrangement better.

Define what good work looks like.

Example workflows to adapt to your business. Outputs and deadlines are agreed with your manager.

CHOOSE THE CAPACITY YOU NEED

What does a dedicated team cost?

Your team budget is the sum of the monthly prices for the roles you hire, plus any agreed extras. Where shown, published ranges are in USD per dedicated full-time person. Other roles require a quote based on experience, scope and working hours.

Published ranges where available; otherwise request a role-specific quote. Confirm the complete cost before committing.
RoleMonthly range (USD)
Bookkeeper$1,695–$2,195
Accounts payable specialist$1,695–$2,195
Accounts receivable specialist$1,695–$2,195
Accountant$1,995–$2,495
Payroll specialist$1,695–$2,495
Financial analyst$1,995–$2,495

Example: bookkeeper + accounts receivable specialist

$3,390–$4,390USD / month for two full-time staff

Consider a bookkeeper plus an accounts receivable specialist when reconciliations and invoice follow-ups each justify a full-time workload. Start with one person if the combined volume is smaller.

Illustrative sum of the two published ranges, before extras. This is not a package offer or a confirmed quote.

Recruitment, screening, managed workspace, standard hardware, IT, HR, payroll, attendance, leave and replacement support. Your team directs the work.

Review all inclusions and commercial terms ↗

What can cost extra?

Special hardware or software, night shifts or heavy US-hours overlap, client-specific training, specialized security requirements or a dedicated manager. Confirm these along with payment, notice and replacement terms.

The current offer is a paid one-week trial, credited toward the first month if you continue. Agree the trial price and scope before starting.

Your team leads the work.

  • Accounting policies, professional judgments and final review.
  • Payment authorization, tax decisions and filings through your designated advisers.
  • System access, client permissions and document availability.

We handle staffing operations.

Your Remote Staff recruits against your brief, supports interviews, and arranges office and employment operations. You select the candidates, set priorities and review output.

Confirm access controls, confidentiality, IP terms and any regulated-work requirements during scoping.

Discuss security and access requirements ↗

Recruit for your actual workflow.

Tell us whether you use QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, Zoho Books, Excel or another system. Include the number of entities, transaction volume and document/approval workflow. Required software experience belongs in the hiring brief; access and licenses are agreed separately.

Make candidate assessment practical.

Use sanitized transactions and a sample reconciliation to discuss accuracy, duplicate entries, unmatched items and how candidates communicate open questions. Your interviewer should assess the accounting scope and platform experience required for the seat.

Recruitment timing depends on the skills, seniority, hours and candidate availability. We discuss a realistic shortlist timeline after reviewing your brief.

A PRACTICAL START

Add capacity in stages.

01

Define the first role

Identify the recurring queue, expected output, manager and budget. Share tools and working hours so we can scope the hire.

02

Interview and onboard

Assess shortlisted candidates, agree terms and prepare access. Start with a bounded assignment your team can review.

03

Review before expanding

Check workload, quality and handovers. Add another role when it has clear ownership and enough continuing work.

About the business behind your team ↗

Choose the right working relationship.

A dedicated team fits work you want to manage internally. If you need a supplier to own project delivery or a complete business service, compare that requirement with a managed-service engagement.

BEFORE YOU DECIDE

Questions about your team.

Is this an outsourced accounting service?

This is dedicated staffing. You assign and review the work, and Your Remote Staff handles recruitment, workspace, IT and employment operations in India. If you need a provider to own the complete close, tax service or accounting deliverables, evaluate a managed service against that requirement.

Can we start with one bookkeeper?

Yes. Start with one full-time role when the recurring workload and available review support justify it. Add AP, AR, payroll or analysis capacity when each additional seat has enough defined work.

Can staff support several clients of our accounting firm?

You can define a role covering recurring work across your firm’s clients. Agree system access, client permissions, review procedures and confidentiality requirements before records are shared.

Can the team take over our tax filings or authorize payments?

Keep tax decisions, filings, payment authorization and final approvals with your designated professionals and approvers. Define the preparation work and permitted system access for each staff member.

What if our bookkeeping software already automates transactions?

Scope the role around the work left over: missing documents, reconciliation discrepancies, exceptions and close preparation. A full-time hire should be justified by the recurring workload after automation.

Can the team work US business hours?

Agree the US time zone, live overlap and shift coverage for each role before hiring. Heavy US-hours coverage or night shifts may add cost. One person does not provide round-the-clock coverage.

Bring the workload. We’ll discuss the roles.

  • Monthly transaction volume, entities and accounts to reconcile
  • AP/AR queues, aging issues and close deadlines
  • Software, required experience and reviewer availability
  • Monthly staffing budget, start target and US time-zone overlap

What happens after you enquire?

We review your requirements and discuss role fit, costs and hiring next steps. You can ask about one role or a proposed team; a larger team is not a prerequisite.
