A CLEARER WAY TO PLAN YOUR HIRE

From a hiring brief to a working teammate.

You choose and direct your staff. We recruit and support them from our managed Pune office, with IT, HR and payroll included.

Five steps, with clear ownership.

  1. Define the role together

Share tasks, skills, tools, budget and required overlap. We confirm fit and an expected shortlist timeline.

  2. We source and screen

Candidates are assessed against your role and communication requirements. Timing varies with skills, seniority and availability.

  3. You interview and choose

Meet shortlisted candidates, review the fit and confirm the exact price and commercial terms before starting.

  4. Prepare the working setup

We arrange the workstation, employment and office operations. You arrange permissions, a manager and the first assignments.

  5. Work together and review

You direct tasks and feedback. We support HR, payroll, attendance, IT and replacement needs. Agree how to escalate operational issues.

A PRACTICAL START

Plan the first month before day one.

Use this suggested plan to agree responsibilities with your new teammate. Adapt it to the role and start date; it is not a guaranteed delivery schedule.

Before starting

Agree the role and setup

Confirm scope, hours, quote and trial terms. We prepare the office seat and employment setup. You name a manager, arrange appropriate system access and select the first tasks.

First week

Work on a bounded assignment

Give clear instructions and examples. Review the work frequently, clarify escalation rules and assess the fit during the agreed paid trial.

Weeks two to four

Build a repeatable working rhythm

If you continue, expand ownership gradually. Agree recurring check-ins, review output against your criteria and set priorities for the next month.

Bring a usable hiring brief.

  • Tasks and expected output
  • Required tools and experience
  • A named manager and reviewer
  • Time zone and live overlap hours
  • Monthly budget and target start date

If the fit is not working

Raise the specific issue with your operational point of contact. Replacement support includes sourcing and screening replacement candidates. Confirm the arrangements and any handover needs for your engagement.

A replacement is a hiring process; it is not an instant availability guarantee.

A paid trial, with clear terms

The current offer is a paid one-week trial, credited toward your first month if you continue. Confirm the trial price, scope and continuation terms before starting.

Agree the complete quote

Confirm the role, working hours, extras, payment schedule, notice requirements and replacement arrangements in writing before you commit. A published range is a budget guide, not your final quote.

DEFINE THE WORK. FIND THE RIGHT PERSON.
