When this model fits

For billing companies and revenue-cycle teams with recurring claim volume, specialty knowledge, an experienced supervisor and approved offshore workflows. If you want a supplier to take over billing end to end, distinguish that requirement from dedicated staffing.

A person on your team. Operations handled here.

You interview and choose, assign priorities and review output. The standard monthly seat includes recruitment, workspace, standard hardware, IT, HR, payroll and replacement support.

CHOOSE THE QUEUE THAT NEEDS AN OWNER

Match your bottleneck to a role.

01

Denied claims and aging balances need attention.

Build capacity for claim investigation, payer follow-up and missing-document coordination. Your team approves corrections, appeals and financial decisions.

02

Daily claims work is outgrowing your team.

Add a person for submissions, administrative rejection fixes and documented follow-up within your existing billing process.

03

Provider enrollment needs consistent tracking.

Keep application information, missing documents and renewal calendars organized while your authorized lead retains attestations and approvals.

FROM ONE HIRE TO A TEAM

Compare the functions you need.

Choose a team guide for role options, work ownership and costs. Start with one dedicated person if that is what your workload supports.

How is the staffing cost calculated?

We quote a monthly seat for each full-time person. Experience, required systems and working hours affect the price. Published role ranges are available where established; specialist requirements are scoped individually.

Recruitment, managed workspace, standard hardware, IT, HR and payroll are included. Special software, shift coverage or additional requirements may add cost.

Compare inclusions and commercial terms ↗

Build a brief we can recruit against.

  • Specialty, payer mix and the exact queue needing support
  • Recurring claim or provider volume and current backlog
  • Practice-management system, clearinghouse and authorized payer channels
  • Permitted offshore access and required data-handling arrangements
  • Supervisor, quality checks, working hours and budget

Agree responsibilities before starting.

Before patient-information access, confirm applicable business-associate and subcontractor arrangements, client and payer permissions, and the necessary safeguards. Clinical decisions, attestations and compliance oversight remain with authorized professionals. A staffing engagement does not guarantee reimbursement.

BEFORE YOU HIRE

Practical answers for your team.

The right scope matters more than adding headcount. Confirm the workload, management ownership and costs before you commit.

Can you work with our billing company rather than directly with a practice?

Yes. Scope the staff role under your company’s manager and systems. Confirm that your client agreements allow the proposed staffing and access arrangement before onboarding.

Is this a percentage-of-collections billing service?

No. Our model is a dedicated full-time monthly staffing seat. You manage the work and client delivery; scope and commercial terms are agreed before starting.

Which role should we start with?

Start with the queue that has the clearest recurring work and review ownership. Billing suits claim administration, RCM suits denial and aging follow-up, and credentialing suits provider enrollment coordination.

Does using AI remove the need for staff?

It may reduce routine submissions, posting and status checks. Assess the remaining exceptions and coordination workload before hiring. Agree how staff use approved tools and how their actions are reviewed.
