Information you provide
The form collects your name, work email, company, country, staffing requirements, number of people needed, intended start date and any additional details you choose to provide. Please do not include sensitive personal data, passwords or confidential client information.
How your information is used
Enquiries are stored so that the team can review your requirements and contact you about the requested staffing service. Agreeing to enquiry follow-up does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Website and referral information
The site may record the page where your visit started, campaign tags and the referring website to understand which channels generate enquiries. This information is kept for your current browser session and included with a submitted enquiry. The enquiry endpoint also uses a temporary hashed network identifier to limit repeated submissions. No third-party advertising tracker is included in this rebuild. With your permission, Google Analytics measures page visits and successful enquiry submissions. The Google tag loads only after you allow analytics on our primary website. Our enquiry conversion event does not include your name, email address or enquiry text. We store your analytics choice in this browser for up to 180 days. You can change it using Analytics preferences in the footer.
Storage and access
Form submissions are stored in the website’s hosted database. Access to the enquiry inbox is restricted to configured authorised staff. Hosting infrastructure providers process this data to operate the website. When email notifications are enabled, Resend processes enquiry details to deliver a notification to our authorised team. Records are retained for enquiry handling and follow-up; contact the team to request access, correction or deletion.
