WHEN DEDICATED STAFFING FITS

Build around a recurring need.

Software and product businesses

Tickets require product context, troubleshooting and clear handovers to engineering or billing.

Ecommerce and service businesses

Order, account and billing exceptions create a continuing queue that needs careful follow-through.

Teams using AI support tools

Automation handles some requests, but unresolved cases still require investigation, coordination and human review.

Each seat needs enough recurring work, an available manager and a sustainable monthly budget. A one-off task or occasional workload may suit a project or hourly arrangement better.

Define what good work looks like.

Example workflows to adapt to your business. Outputs and deadlines are agreed with your manager.

CHOOSE THE CAPACITY YOU NEED

Find your first role—or your next.

What does a dedicated team cost?

Your team budget is the sum of the monthly prices for the roles you hire, plus any agreed extras. Where shown, published ranges are in USD per dedicated full-time person. Other roles require a quote based on experience, scope and working hours.

Published ranges where available; otherwise request a role-specific quote. Confirm the complete cost before committing.
RoleMonthly range (USD)
Customer support representative$1,395–$1,795
Chat support agent$1,295–$1,695
Email support specialist$1,295–$1,695
Technical support specialist$1,595–$1,995
Customer success associate$1,595–$1,995

Example: email support specialist + technical support specialist

$2,890–$3,690USD / month for two full-time staff

An email support specialist plus a technical support specialist can separate general enquiries from diagnostic work. This example adds capacity; it does not provide continuous coverage across every hour or day.

Illustrative sum of the two published ranges, before extras. This is not a package offer or a confirmed quote.

What is included?

Recruitment, screening, managed workspace, standard hardware, IT, HR, payroll, attendance, leave and replacement support. Your team directs the work.

Review all inclusions and commercial terms ↗

What can cost extra?

Special hardware or software, night shifts or heavy US-hours overlap, client-specific training, specialized security requirements or a dedicated manager. Confirm these along with payment, notice and replacement terms.

The current offer is a paid one-week trial, credited toward the first month if you continue. Agree the trial price and scope before starting.

Your team leads the work.

  • Support policies, service commitments and quality review.
  • Refund, credit, account-security and commercial approvals.
  • Product training, escalation contacts and customer-data permissions.

We handle staffing operations.

Your Remote Staff recruits against your brief, supports interviews, and arranges office and employment operations. You select the candidates, set priorities and review output.

Confirm access controls, confidentiality, IP terms and any regulated-work requirements during scoping.

Recruit for your actual workflow.

Specify your helpdesk, chat platform, CRM, knowledge base and reporting tools. Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom or another platform may be part of the brief. Match candidates to your actual channels and workflow rather than relying on tool names alone.

Make candidate assessment practical.

Use sample tickets to assess writing, troubleshooting, empathy and escalation judgment. For technical roles, ask for reproduction steps and a clear handover. Agree how your lead will review answers during onboarding.

Recruitment timing depends on the skills, seniority, hours and candidate availability. We discuss a realistic shortlist timeline after reviewing your brief.

A PRACTICAL START

Add capacity in stages.

01

Define the first role

Identify the recurring queue, expected output, manager and budget. Share tools and working hours so we can scope the hire.

02

Interview and onboard

Assess shortlisted candidates, agree terms and prepare access. Start with a bounded assignment your team can review.

03

Review before expanding

Check workload, quality and handovers. Add another role when it has clear ownership and enough continuing work.

About the business behind your team ↗

Choose the right working relationship.

A dedicated team fits work you want to manage internally. If you need a supplier to own project delivery or a complete business service, compare that requirement with a managed-service engagement.

BEFORE YOU DECIDE

Questions about your team.

Is this a managed helpdesk or outsourced call center?

This is staffing for your support operation. You own policies, queues, quality and customer outcomes. Your Remote Staff handles recruiting and employment operations; a managed helpdesk would need a separately defined delivery model.

Can one person cover support 24/7?

No. One person works an agreed schedule. Extended coverage needs a staffing and handover plan, including shifts, leave and overlap. Night shifts or heavy US-hours coverage may cost extra.

Can agents handle the tickets our chatbot cannot resolve?

That can be part of the scope. Share the unresolved case types, required system access and escalation rules. Assess candidates on investigation and written judgment using representative examples.

Who trains the team on our product?

Your team supplies product knowledge, policies, examples and a designated reviewer. Agree an onboarding plan before starting, then expand permissions and queue ownership based on reviewed work.

Do you guarantee response times or customer satisfaction scores?

No service-level or customer-outcome guarantee is implied by a staffing seat. Your support lead sets targets and manages the workflow; confirm any additional reporting or management requirements in the quote.

Can the team work US business hours?

Agree the US time zone, live overlap and shift coverage for each role before hiring. Heavy US-hours coverage or night shifts may add cost. One person does not provide round-the-clock coverage.

Bring the workload. We’ll discuss the roles.

  • Channels, ticket volume, backlog and common exception types
  • Business hours, US time zone, weekend needs and shift coverage
  • Tools, product complexity and escalation ownership
  • Budget, training availability and target start date

What happens after you enquire?

We review your requirements and discuss role fit, costs and hiring next steps. You can ask about one role or a proposed team; a larger team is not a prerequisite.
