Who operates Your Remote Staff?
Your Remote Staff is a dedicated remote staffing brand operated by Salt Technologies, a software services company serving global clients since 2012.
Where will my team work?
Our core model is office-based: your dedicated staff work from a managed office in Pune, India, with workspace, standard hardware and IT support. Any exception is agreed separately.
Who manages the person’s work?
You choose the candidate and direct their daily work, priorities, tools and performance feedback. We handle recruitment, office infrastructure and employment operations, with account and replacement support.
Can I hire more than one role?
Yes. You can request one person or plan several roles together. Tell us the roles, headcount, skills and working hours you need; we will discuss the scope, monthly costs and hiring sequence.
Can my team work US hours?
We agree working hours and the overlap you need before hiring. Availability depends on the role and candidate, and heavy US-hours coverage may add to the monthly price.
What should I expect before committing?
We review your requirements, discuss fit and confirm pricing, working hours and a realistic shortlist timeline. You interview shortlisted candidates and make the hiring decision. Commercial terms are confirmed before you start.
