Can I request several roles in one enquiry?
Yes. Choose a role and headcount, then use “Add another role” to plan your team. You can include different functions in the same request. Tell us which hire should come first if you want to build the team in stages.
Can you help if I do not have a job description yet?
Yes. Select “Help me choose” and describe the recurring work, where tasks are getting stuck and the outcomes you need. We’ll help define the responsibilities and discuss which roles fit.
Can my staff work with a US team’s schedule?
Tell us your time zone and the hours you need live coverage. We agree on working-hour overlap before hiring. Heavy US-hours coverage or night shifts may cost extra, and we confirm those costs in your quote.
Where will my remote staff work?
Our core staffing model is based in a managed office in Pune, India. You direct tasks and priorities; we handle recruitment, workspace, standard hardware, IT, HR and payroll. Our US contact addresses do not mean your staff are based in the United States.
Do you sign NDAs and protect intellectual property?
Yes. We sign NDAs and include confidentiality and IP assignment in employment arrangements. We agree the applicable terms for your engagement, and you control access to your systems and information.
How soon can I hire, and what will it cost?
Timing and monthly pricing depend on the role, experience, skills and working hours. After reviewing your enquiry, we confirm the scope, quote and realistic shortlist timeline. You interview the shortlisted candidates and choose who joins your team.
